December 2nd - Depart St. Louis @ 2:25PM - nonstop to New Orleans
Transfer from Airport to Hotel
Check into Bourbon Orleans Hotel (8th Most Haunted in the World)

December 2nd - 5th See New Orleans favorite sites and activities - on your own or with tour
director.

-Bourbon Street - Saturday Night

-Jazz Brunch @ Court of Two Sisters

-Cafe du Monde - coffee and beignets

-French Market

-St. Louis Cathedral

-National World War II Museum

-Central Grocery - home o the original Muffuletta Sandwich

-Preservation Hall - classic Dixieland music

-Mardi Gras World Museum

-The Marigny / Frenchman Street / Bywater -
wide array of entertainment venues

-other sites and activities too numerous to mention.

December 5th - 6:00pm to 9:00pm Hosted Farewell Banquet
Muriel’s on Jackson Square - Open Bar on the Balcony, and in the
Seance room, and private dinner in Veranda Room.

December 6th - 9:00am - Check out of Hotel and Board tour bus for trip to
Lafayette, LA for Cajun portion of the tour.

December 6th - Travel across South Louisiana with stop in Morgan City for lunch at
JoJo’s and visit to the Tabasco operation at Avery Island. Arrive and check into the Drury Inn and Suites in Lafayette. Breakfast in the mornings included along with drinks and snacks in the afternoon.

Dinner at Randol’s in Lafayette (a classic Cajun restaurant, bar and dance hall).

December 7th - After breakfast board bus to Acadian Village (a classic look at the way of life of early Cajun Settlers). Then on to St. Martinsville to tour the Mother Church of the Cajuns, see the story of Cajun move to LA, and to learn of Evangeline, her woeful story, as we sit under the Evangeline’s Oak. The famous statue of Evangeline is on this site. Lunch in St. Martinsville then return to the hotel. After drinks at the hotel move to Post Breaux (formerly Mulates) one of the original Cajun restaurants, bars, and dance halls for another Cajun meal, drinks, and dancing.

December 8 - After Breakfast board bus to McGee’s Landing for a swamp tour in the great Atchafalaya waterway where we see wildlife and learn the history of this area. Lunch at McGee’s following the tour. Return to the hotel for drinks and transfer to Prejeans’s restaurant for gourmet Cajun meal featuring Paul Prudhomme recipes.

December 9 - After Breakfast and hotel check out board bus for transport to New Orleans airport for Nonstop flight arriving in STL at 3:20pm.

INCLUSIONS: Air, Hotels, ground transportation, and some meals and drinks.

PRICING: $1650 double occupancy & $2350 single occupancy

DEADLINES: Reservation and Deposit ($250 pp) by 9/15, Final payment by 10/1.
