Get ready for a day filled with delicious crawfish, music from some of St. Louis's amazing musicians and good times! Join us on Sat, May 9, 2026 starting at 10:30 AM at 512 Euclid Ave.
Fresh premium Louisiana Crawfish are flown straight from Louisiana that morning and traditionally boiled in Cajun spices with corn, potatoes and smoked sausage by LSU Alumni Chef Brent Beckman and friends. First drop is at 11:30am 6pm or sold out.
Evangeline's regular menu including Missouri fed burgers, salads, pastas and Cajun/Creole cuisine and full bar/cocktail menu featuring house-infused daquiris and mojitos, champagne cocktails and local and New Orleans beers will be served 10:30am until 10pm (bar open until 12am).
Live music will be inside on the Evangeline's stage all day and night with speakers set up outside so you can enjoy the music both inside and on the patio.
