ABSINTHE DRIP (LA LOUCHE)  15

The ritual of of unlocking the essence of the green fairy.

Iced water slow dripped over a flamed sugar cube placed on an absinthe spoon atop the glass.

As the water drizzles down, the absinthe transforms.

ABSINTHE FRAPPE  14

Hand crushed ice.  Pernod Absinthe, simple syrup, fresh mint, club soda.

ABSINTHE MOJITO     13

Pernod Absinthe.  Muddled mint and fresh lime. Simple syrup.  Lemonade. Club soda.

DE LA LOUISIANE     14

Old Overholt Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Benedictine, Absinthe, Peychaud’s bitters.

DEATH IN THE AFTERNOON     12

Absinthe, simple syrup, chilled champagne

FAIRY CREAM     13

Absinthe, dark creme de cacao, white creme de cacao, cream, fresh nutmeg
